David Davenport has 15 years experience in home building. As well as being an Accredited Tasmanian Builder he has worked as a carpenter in New South Wales and in the United States. A true renaissance man, Dave also has a Bachelor of Arts in Organisational Communication from Charles Sturt University as well as a Diploma in Graphic Arts. Dave's approachability, communication skills and artistic flair are greatly appreciated by his clients.
Rosemary Bailey, office manager and bookkeeper for Paradigm Construction, is Dave's partner. As business and life partners they share the raising of their two beautiful girls, Erica and Finn. Dave and Rosemary met and married in Alaska and moved to Tasmania in 1997. Rosemary has a BSc. in Fisheries Biology and is currently doing a Bachelor of Teaching at the University of Tasmania.
Jason Webster is our apprentice. A young man who has proven himself to be talented, industrious and committed and is a welcome member to our business.
